40-50 ml of espresso
10 ml of liquid sugar
10 ml of cold mineral water

PREPARATION
A cold variation of excellence of the most classic coffee, espresso.
1. Chill an 8 oz ( 240 ml) glass
2. Prepare 2 espresso into a cappuccino cup
3. In the mixing glass, mix the water, ice cubes, liquid sugar and the 2 espresso with the mixing spoon, which you will add as the last ingredient.
4. Pour the mixture into the glass, filtering the ice with the strainer, and serve.
